I had my final court date on June 30th and I just received some paperwork from the court stating that the Expunction is denied, however it was ordered that all records relating to this matter shall be sealed!<br /><br />Technically a good thing!<br /><br />Also from my understanding, the whole reason behind not qualifying for a full Expunction was due to the fact that a probationary period was given. The probation that was given to me was unsupervised and also was not listed under any type of community supervision. <br /><br />Again thanks for your help.Rodneynoreply@blogger.com
