However, while on the theft deferred, you picked up a deferred adjudication for assault. You will now not be able to petition to seal the theft deferred. <br /><br />If you are on deferred adjudication probation and pick up another offense, it is now more important than ever to fight the new charge.Records Removal Servicesnoreply@blogger.com
